Albert “Bert” Villeneuve, 36, was murdered on May 10, 1978 at his work at Pedlex located at 9355, boul. Langelier, in Montreal. Albert was allegedly shot at close range by someone committing an armed robbery. According to the investigation, the main suspect would be a former employee, as well as the best friend, of Mr. Villeneuve. This man had just been fired and it is possible that he hired someone to commit the crime.
