Matthew Kustra, 27, disappeared on September 4, 2014 while he was at PJ’s Pub with friends, on St. Jacques Street in Notre-Dame-de-Grâce, Montréal. Matthew was last seen around 10 pm. He allegedly received a text message and walked out of the bar telling his friends he would be back in 20 minutes. He was never seen or heard from again.

At the time of his disappearance, Matthew was wearing a T-shirt with the words Bad Boy inscribed in red on the front, Lucky Brand jeans, Nike shoes, and a necklace with a ring on it. He had brown hair and weighed about 180 pounds. He has green eyes and is 5-foot-7 or 8 inches tall. Matthew’s most distinguishable feature is a scar across the bridge of his nose.

Matthew’s mother said her son inherited a large sum of money when her aunt passed and put much of it into a bar called Liquid Lounge. He allegedly made the deal without signing any papers. The bar has since lost its license and was shut down after a series of troubling and violent incidents.

The Police has been looking at every hypothesis.
